The Suffolk vacation home lies within the safe compounds of Terra Verde Resort. It features 2300 square feet of open living space across two levels. Guests love the large private swimming pool and hot tub within the screened patio, just perfect for an afternoon picnic and other outdoor fun! Lush landscaping surrounds the home and provides for an excellent backdrop to your family vacation.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed and an attached private bathroom with a large garden tub and separate shower stall. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, while the other three bedrooms all have two sets of twins. This vacation home is perfect for extended families or groups of friends. Several TVs are located throughout the house, including a 32” TV and DVD player in the living room perfect for family movie nights. Wi-Fi internet access is available for use.

Cooks will love the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with pots, pans, and eating utensils. Major appliances are also available for guests. You may choose to dine indoors or outdoors. A clothes washer and clothes dryer are also included with this home. Never run out of fun things to do, with major Theme Parks, restaurants, and shopping centers all located close by!

The secure gated entry is lushly landscaped with tropical foliage and the ambience of a private sanctuary. The gate opens to reveal a hidden jewel, the center of community activities, the Terra Verde clubhouse. Inside the clubhouse, guests can enjoy leisure time socializing in a large gathering room or in the games room with the pool table and arcade games. Behind the clubhouse is a pool with a spa. Guests may soak up the sun on one of the lounge chairs or sip a refreshing drink at the pool bar. Outdoor activities include basketball, sand volleyball and a playground. This community offers 3- or 4- bedroom townhouses, each with hot tubs or splash pools, and single family, pool homes with up to 7 bedrooms -- ideal for gathering extended family or groups of friends. These fully furnished homes have graceful island style in earthy colors with barrel tile roofs. Disneyworld, Sea World, and Universal Studios are all close by.
