The Medway vacation condo is furnished to the highest standards and decorated in bold colors. It is located just west of Walt Disney World in the popular Windsor Palms Resort. This second floor condo, which is easily accessed by an elevator, offers over 1,200 square feet of vacation living space and a private screened porch off the living room. Visit nearby Theme Parks, such as Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Great restaurants and shopping centers are just a short drive from the Resort.

With three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room, the Medway can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed, 32" TV, and an attached private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms feature sets of twin beds and individual TVs. One of these bedrooms is decorated in a Mickey Mouse theme for younger children. Internet is available as a Wi-Fi connection to stay in contact with friends and family who didn't make it on vacation.

A fully-equipped kitchen is a welcomed amenity while on vacation in the Medway condo. Cook mouth-watering meals easily, knowing that all cooking utensils and place settings are provided. The serving window looks out into the dining area making it simple to entertain guests. Host family movie nights around the 27" TV with DVD player in the living room. These great amenities, along with an available clothes washer and clothes dryer, will make you feel at home while in Kissimmee.

The green areas and lush tropical landscaping at Windsor Palms seem to beckon guests who want to stroll and explore the lovely neighborhood. Across an overpass, the approaching drive leads to the resort's entry gate with 24-hour security. Three-bedroom townhomes or condos are fully furnished to the highest standards. Each has a well-equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, patio or balcony for sunbathing and washer/dryer for convenience. A grand 7500 sq. ft. clubhouse includes gathering, games and exercise rooms. The patio is comfortably furnished with wicker chairs for relaxation and socializing. Guests may purchase items for personal use at the sundry shop. Scheduled movies are shown in the theater. Pools, spa, tennis, basketball, sand volleyball and playground provide activities for all ages. The resort is close to all the Disney magic and within easy reach of Sea World and Universal Studios adventures. Restaurants, grocery stores and major retailers are nearby.

All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.
