General Information

Highly rated with 4-stars, the exquisite Medway is furnished to the highest standards with quality furniture and bold color highlights. It has the advantage of being inside the gates of a popular resort, only minutes from golf, shopping, and theme parks. This vacation home is situated on the second floor and can be accessed by elevator or stairs. The living room features a 27” TV with VHS and DVD players tucked away inside the elegant entertainment center. Guests can cuddle up with soft pillows on the sofa or loveseat to watch their preferred cable programs. A large dining table is an inviting spot to come together for meals. The full kitchen is sure to be appreciated by travelers with special dietary needs. With all the basic cookware, dishes and utensils, dinners can be made from scratch or convenience foods can be served in style. Use of the in-unit washer and dryer is at no added cost.

With 3 bedrooms and a sofa sleeper, the Medway can sleep up to 8. The master bedroom promises a peaceful night of sleep with its king sized bed. A 19” TV with both DVD and VHS players allows night owls to watch movies in without disturbing the other guests. There is a private master bath. Both of the other bedrooms are furnished with sets of twin beds, each with stereos and 13” TVs. One is casual and contemporary with subtle colors, appealing to any ages. Young (or young at heart) Mickey Mouse fans will be delighted with the colorful Disney themed furniture and accessories. Great care has been given to detail in this home away from home.

Community Amenities:
The luxurious clubhouse is near the community’s gated entry. A movie theater is found inside. A sundry shop, ATM and photo printer are available for the convenience of all guests. Ping pong and billiard tables are in the games room along with video arcades. Resort sports include basketball, tennis, individual workouts and swimming in the huge pool. Youngsters enjoy the playground and kiddie pool. Popular attractions are only minutes away from Windsor Palms.

All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.
