Guests enjoy 2500 square feet of living space in this Kissimmee vacation home. The Lincoln has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms spread out over two floors. A private swimming pool, hot tub, and screened patio are favorite amenities and a perfect spot for an afternoon picnic! Beat the crowds and get up early for your Disney adventures and day trips to nearby Theme Parks and shopping centers.

The Lincoln is blessed with a spacious floor plan and bedrooms. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom, and a queen sized bed in the second bedroom. Three additional bedrooms each have sets of twin beds. A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room for added sleeping space. All bedrooms in this home have TVs.

Cook delicious meals in your own fully-equipped kitchen. Research memorable recipes before your trip and surprise your family and friends with some great meals while on vacation. All pots and pans, dishes, and eating utensils are included, as well as major appliances. After dinner, gather the family around the living room to watch family movies on the 27” TV. Internet access is available. A clothes washer and clothes dryer are located in house.

We do recommend Pool heating between the months of October - April. Pool and hot tub heating is available for an additional $35.00 per day for the length of your stay.
All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.
Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.
Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.
Trip Insurance by Travel Guard is available at 7% of the cost of your reservation.
