Having a master bedroom on the main level is helpful for guests who have difficulty climbing stairs. The queen sized bed, TV, and an attached private bathroom are wonderful amenities. Three other bedrooms are located on the second floor, another bedroom with a queen sized bed, one with a full sized bed, and the fourth bedroom with two twin beds. A sleeper sofa in the living room allows for additional sleeping space.

A fully-equipped kitchen overlooks the main living area downstairs. All cookware and place settings are provided! The spacious living room includes a TV and DVD player for viewing entertainment. The clothes washer and clothes dryer are a welcomed amenity.

Rows of pastel townhomes with barrel tile roofs line the streets, reminiscent of beachside towns on a Caribbean Island. Off-street parking for two cars is directly in front of each unit. Full kitchens make mealtime easy. Screened patios allow for privacy when relaxing under the warm Florida sun. A large gathering room at the clubhouse is great for socializing. There are game tables and comfortable furnishings to settle in and watch TV. Cardio and strength training equipment is in the exercise room with a TV. The clubhouse kitchen has granite countertops with barstools where guests may have their snacks. Neighboring the clubhouse is a sprawling, sparkling clean pool with lounge chairs for sunbathing.
