General Information

The Calderdale is a 3 bedroom condo with 2 baths and 1270 square feet of air-conditioned living space. Within a first-class resort community, this vacation home is located on the third floor and has a private balcony for enjoying the famous Florida sunshine. It is attractively furnished with soothing neutral tones with tropical accents. The living area has ample seating space and is furnished with a 27” TV with cable programming. Guests may relax to watch their favorite movies on either the DVD or VHS player. The dining area has a large table where all can gather for meals and then linger for conversation. With a full kitchen, it is easy to serve wholesome breakfasts before heading out to take advantage of nearby water sports or popular attractions. The kitchen is well-equipped with essential cookware and dishes. Use of the washer and dryer is an added convenience in this home away from home.

Three bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa provide sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests. In the deluxe master suite, a queen bed offers comfort while reclining to enjoy late night TV shows on the 19” screen. A private bath has a tub for soaking combined with a shower. A spacious bedroom boasts twin beds and another has a full sized bed for sharing. The Calderdale earns a 2-star rating from Magical Memories.

Community Amenities:
The luxurious clubhouse is near the community’s gated entry. A movie theater is found inside. A sundry shop, ATM and photo printer are available for the convenience of all guests. Ping pong and billiard tables are in the games room along with video arcades. Resort sports include basketball, tennis, individual workouts and swimming in the huge pool. Youngsters enjoy the playground and kiddie pool. Popular attractions are only minutes away from Windsor Palms.

All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Trip Insurance by Travel Guard is available at 7% of the cost of your reservation.
