General Information

Located on the first floor, the Leicester has a private screened patio for enjoying a good book or just basking in the warm Florida weather. Casual decor makes guests feel right at home in this roomy condo with 1000+ square feet of air-conditioned space. The open floor plan allows for flow of friendly conversation or family activity between the dining and living areas. In the living area, guests can relax while watching cable programming on the 27” TV or slip one of their movies into the DVD player for an evening of entertainment. The clean kitchen is handy for preparing healthy breakfasts before rushing off to the golf course in the morning. The freezer or refrigerator can be stocked with ice cream treats or refreshing drinks. A large dining table makes it easy to serve home-cooked meals or share some take-out dinners. Laundry facilities are available with the unit for convenience. This vacation home is located in a desired resort community in close proximity to golf, shopping and attractions.

In the tastefully furnished master suite a queen bed and 19” TV offer deluxe accommodations. The second bedroom has twin beds and another 19” TV. A sleeper sofa allows the Leicester to sleep up to 6 guests. The two bathrooms provide tub and shower combinations.

Community Amenities:
The luxurious clubhouse is near the community’s gated entry. A movie theater is found inside. A sundry shop, ATM and photo printer are available for the convenience of all guests. Ping pong and billiard tables are in the games room along with video arcades. Resort sports include basketball, tennis, individual workouts and swimming in the huge pool. Youngsters enjoy the playground and kiddie pool. Popular attractions are only minutes away from Windsor Palms.

All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Trip Insurance by Travel Guard is available at 7% of the cost of your reservation.
