General Information

Located in an upscale resort community, the Swindon offers great value for visitors to central Florida. With a 3-star rating, this vacation home has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 baths to accommodate up to 8 people in 1450 square feet of living space. It is on the fourth floor and accessed by elevator, so there is no need to lug heavy suitcases up stairs. The master suite provides the luxury of a king bed where guests can sprawl out while watching the 27” TV with cable programming. One bedroom features two full sized beds and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds.

Al the rooms are tastefully decorated. The living room has a sofa and love seat where all can gather and watch popular cable TV shows on the 27” televisions or favorite movies with the DVD player. Having a full kitchen to prepare home-cooked meals makes it easy to stay within a budget while away from home. Even for those who choose to try one of the many local restaurants, it could be helpful to keep a stash of snacks and beverages in the refrigerator for late night munching. The large dining table is not only great for dinnertime, but guests can get together for a friendly game of cards. To ensure enough clean clothes for the whole vacation while still managing to pack light, the washer and dryer come in handy.

Community Amenities:
Proximity to well-known attractions is an advantage at Windsor Hills, but the resort's outstanding amenities are also a major asset. The 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse includes an exercise room, sundry shop, internet access, DVD rentals, 48-seat Movie Theater and well-equipped games room. A concierge will assist guests with resort or Orlando area information and activities. By the lagoon style pool, a cluster of geyser-like fountains spout water to delight toddlers.

All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Trip Insurance by Travel Guard is available at 7% of the cost of your reservation.
