Beyond the guard-gated community of Windsor Hills Resort is our Durham vacation condo. Guests will love the open floor plan of their first floor condo, resort amenities, and the close location to Walt Disney World and other Orlando-area Theme Parks. The private screened porch is a favorite amenity on vacation.

The Durham offers more than 1240 square feet of spacious vacation living space. Three separate bedrooms provide much needed privacy to families and other vacationing groups. A master bedroom features a queen sized bed and a 19” TV. Two other bedrooms are each furnished with sets of twin beds. Additional guests may use the living room sleeper sofa.

Search Google for unique recipes to cook while on vacation in the fully-equipped kitchen. Surprise your family and friends with gourmet meals, easily prepared with the provided pots and pans, dishes, glassware, and eating utensils. Everything’s here! Gather around the 27” living room TV and DVD player after dinner to enjoy a movie together. For added convenience, Wi-Fi internet access and a clothes washer and clothes dryer are included in this vacation rental condo.

The amenities and luxury of a 5-star resort are tucked away just behind the gates of Windsor Hills Resort. Just inside, guests will find the exceptional clubhouse with an outdoor lounge area is the hub of family friendly activities. Guests can work out in the fitness center. A spacious games room has foosball, air hockey, billiards, ping pong and more. The concierge, business center and sundry shop offer a variety of services and supplies. The pool and secluded spa refresh and revitalize. The waterslide is great fun for the young and young-at-heart. Mediterranean styled homes line the streets with cool, neutral colors crowned by barrel-tiled roofs. Guests may choose from a range of 4 to 7 bedrooms with private pools, ideal for extended family. Deluxe 3 bedroom/3 bath townhomes have splash pools. Condos are located in 4-story buildings with elevators, offering options of 2 or 3 bedrooms, full kitchens and laundry. Disney's Animal Kingdom is only 2 miles away and all of the other Disney theme parks and water parks are also close by.
