General Information

Rated 3-stars by Magical Memories, the Durham offers great value as a vacation home situated within a terrific resort community. This 3-bedroom condo is located on the ground level. The living room opens onto a patio, a cozy spot for catching some warm sun rays. A 27” television offers cable programming and the DVD player enables guests to pop in their favorite videos for a family movie night. The neutral colors and comfy seating is arranged well for either conversation or to focus on the TV. A well-equipped kitchen helps families stay within their vacation budget as there is no need to go out to pricey restaurants. Pots and pans, dishes and glassware and other essentials are provided to make mealtimes stress-free. Even those who opt not to cook from scratch will appreciate the microwave for convenience foods and snacks. A washer and dryer ensure clean clothes for the whole family.

This home away from home will not disappoint with its queen bed and a 19” TV in the master suite. The other two bedrooms are each furnished with sets of twin beds, perfect for families traveling with children or teens. With a sleeper sofa, the Durham accommodates up to 8 guests. After a day of nonstop excitement at theme parks, weary travelers will sleep soundly in comfort.

Community Amenities:
Proximity to well-known attractions is an advantage at Windsor Hills, but the resort's outstanding amenities are also a major asset. The 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse includes an exercise room, sundry shop, internet access, DVD rentals, 48-seat Movie Theater and well-equipped games room. A concierge will assist guests with resort or Orlando area information and activities. By the lagoon style pool, a cluster of geyser-like fountains spout water to delight toddlers.

All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.
