General Information
With a 5-star rating from Magical Memories, the Oldham is bold and bright, furnished with quality and care. This condo is located in an outstanding resort community in close proximity to the most desired attractions and activities. It is situated on the second story, quickly accessed by elevator. With more than 1400 square feet of deluxe living area, this vacation home features 3 bedrooms and two baths plus a sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 10 guests. Traditional styling with a bit of contemporary flair and rich color palette set the tone for an adventure away from the daily routine.

The living room features a 42” flat screen TV along with DVD and VHS players for watching movies or popular cable shows. Ample seating allows the family to gather around for conversation in the living room or a game of cards at the dining table. Guests will enjoy the warm weather out on the balcony which can be accessed from the living room. After working up an appetite while walking around the theme parks, all will appreciate the full kitchen, complete with built in microwave. The kitchen is supplied with the necessary cookware and tableware.

The sumptuous master bedroom is furnished with a beautiful king bed and a 13” flat screen TV. An inviting room with a queen bed also has a 13” flat screen TV. The third bedroom will thrill youngsters (and the young at heart) with its marvelous Mickey Mouse motif.


Community Amenities:
Proximity to well-known attractions is an advantage at Windsor Hills, but the resort's outstanding amenities are also a major asset. The 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse includes an exercise room, sundry shop, internet access, DVD rentals, 48-seat Movie Theater and well-equipped games room. A concierge will assist guests with resort or Orlando area information and activities. By the lagoon style pool, a cluster of geyser-like fountains spout water to delight toddlers.

All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Trip Insurance by Travel Guard is available at 7% of the cost of your reservation.
