The Hartlepool, an elite townhome located in the gated Terra Verde Resort, offers guests over 1600 square feet of vacation living space across two floors. A queen sized bed in the first floor bedroom is perfect for guests who do not want to climb stairs and provides for added privacy from the other three bedrooms. This bedroom also features a 24” TV. The master bedroom, with another queen sized bed, is located on the second floor alongside two other bedrooms that include sets of twin beds. If needed, the living room sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space.

The Hartlepool’s kitchen comes fully equipped with cookware, dishes, glassware and eating utensils. Prepare delicious meals in the comfort of your vacation home! Family movie nights are simple with a large 32” LCD TV with DVD player available in the living room. Stay in contact with family and friends who didn’t come on vacation through the Wi-Fi internet access. A clothes washer and clothes dryer are ready when you have clothes to be washed.

The secure gated entry is lushly landscaped with tropical foliage and the ambience of a private sanctuary. The gate opens to reveal a hidden jewel, the center of community activities, the Terra Verde clubhouse. Inside the clubhouse, guests can enjoy leisure time socializing in a large gathering room or in the games room with the pool table and arcade games. Behind the clubhouse is a pool with a spa. Guests may soak up the sun on one of the lounge chairs or sip a refreshing drink at the pool bar. Outdoor activities include basketball, sand volleyball and a playground. This community offers 3- or 4- bedroom townhouses, each with hot tubs or splash pools, and single family, pool homes with up to 7 bedrooms -- ideal for gathering extended family or groups of friends. These fully furnished homes have graceful island style in earthy colors with barrel tile roofs. Disneyworld, Sea World, and Universal Studios are all close by.

We do recommend Pool heating between the months of October - April. Pool heating is available for an additional $35.00 per day for the length of your stay.
All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.
Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.
