General Information

Within the gates of a first-class resort community, the deluxe Hartlepool is an attached townhome that earns a 3-star rating from Magical Memories. Casual earth tones and muted colors with elegant details set the tone for this comfortable vacation home. Plenty of natural sunshine and light tile floors keeps the open floor plan bright. The living room has a large 52” television along with DVD and VHS players, a winning combination for family movie night or important sports events. A built-in microwave in the full kitchen is ready and waiting for those bags of popcorn. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, dishes and glasses, all that is needed for mealtime. The dishwasher makes cleanup a breeze. Overlooking the patio and pool, the dining area is a calm place to sip a morning cup of coffee. A private screen enclosed splash pool is an inviting spot for a refreshing dip or playful splashing.

A first floor bedroom accommodates guests who may have difficulty with stairs or those who want a bit of privacy away from the other bedrooms. It is furnished with a queen bed and 24” television. The upstairs master suite also has a queen bed plus a 19” TV. Two spacious bedrooms feature pairs of twin beds, ideal for families traveling with children or teens. With the 4 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room, the Hartlepool can serve as a home away from home for up to 10 guests.

Community Amenities:
Terra Verde’s spacious, well-appointed clubhouse with its comfortable gathering room is sure to please. The pool has a gradual entry where little ones can play. For convenience, DVD rentals, brewed coffee, books, newspapers and ATM are available. Guests may enjoy the exercise equipment, sauna or make an appointment with a massage therapist. A computer room offers internet access. This location is minutes away from all of central Florida’s most popular attractions, restaurants and shopping.

We do recommend Pool heating between the months of October - April. Pool heating is available for an additional $35.00 per day for the length of your stay.

All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Trip Insurance by Travel Guard is available at 7% of the cost of your reservation.
