Nestled within the guard-gated Terra Verde Resort is our beautiful Hertford townhome. Guests enjoy over 1600 square feet of vacation living space sprawled out across 2 levels. A private, full-sized swimming pool is enclosed within a screened porch for outdoor family fun. All amenities of the Terra Verde Resort are available for your vacation.

The Hertford comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. A first floor bedroom features a queen sized bed and is well-separated from the three other bedrooms located on the second floor. An upstairs master bedroom also features a queen sized bed and 26” TV for the head-of-the-household. Bedroom three has another queen sized bed, and the fourth bedroom is complete with 2 twin beds. Additional sleeping space is provided in the living room with a sleeper sofa.

Cooks will love the fully-equipped kitchen. Everything is included, from the cookware and dishes, to the eating utensils and common appliances to prepare delicious vacation meals. Entertaining is easy with the available 27” TV with DVD player in the living room. Pool area views prevail throughout the main living areas on the first floor. For added convenience, Wi-Fi internet access and a clothes washer and clothes dryer are included in this home.
The family friendly excitement of Walt Disney World is just a short drive from the Terra Verde Resort and our Hertford townhome. Also nearby, are Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and the local attraction of Old Town Kissimmee. Delicious restaurants and popular shopping centers are plentiful in Kissimmee and will keep you busy on your Orlando area vacation.

The secure gated entry is lushly landscaped with tropical foliage and the ambience of a private sanctuary. The gate opens to reveal a hidden jewel, the center of community activities, the Terra Verde clubhouse. Inside the clubhouse, guests can enjoy leisure time socializing in a large gathering room or in the games room with the pool table and arcade games. Behind the clubhouse is a pool with a spa. Guests may soak up the sun on one of the lounge chairs or sip a refreshing drink at the pool bar. Outdoor activities include basketball, sand volleyball and a playground. This community offers 3- or 4- bedroom townhouses, each with hot tubs or splash pools, and single family, pool homes with up to 7 bedrooms -- ideal for gathering extended family or groups of friends. These fully furnished homes have graceful island style in earthy colors with barrel tile roofs. Disneyworld, Sea World, and Universal Studios are all close by.

We do recommend Pool heating between the months of October - April. Pool heating is available for an additional $35.00 per day for the length of your stay.
All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.
Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.
Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.
Trip Insurance by Travel Guard is available at 7% of the cost of your reservation.
