This vacation rental will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, 19” TV with DVD player, and an attached bathroom. Another bedroom includes a queen sized bed, while the other two bedrooms each have sets of twin beds. One of the twin bedrooms is outfitted with a Pirates of the Caribbean theme. All bedrooms in this home have a private TV. Children will love the PlayStation 2 gaming console, of which is sure to add adventure to their Kissimmee vacation. Wi-Fi internet access is available here.

Enjoy family movie nights in the spacious living room, complete with a 32” TV and DVD player. Cook delicious and unique meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, and dine at the dining table or breakfast bar while planning exciting trips to nearby Walt Disney World or the other hot Orlando-area Theme Parks. A clothes washer and clothes dryer are both included for your convenience.

The secure gated entry is lushly landscaped with tropical foliage and the ambience of a private sanctuary. The gate opens to reveal a hidden jewel, the center of community activities, the Terra Verde clubhouse. Inside the clubhouse, guests can enjoy leisure time socializing in a large gathering room or in the games room with the pool table and arcade games. Behind the clubhouse is a pool with a spa. Guests may soak up the sun on one of the lounge chairs or sip a refreshing drink at the pool bar. Outdoor activities include basketball, sand volleyball and a playground. This community offers 3- or 4- bedroom townhouses, each with hot tubs or splash pools, and single family, pool homes with up to 7 bedrooms -- ideal for gathering extended family or groups of friends. These fully furnished homes have graceful island style in earthy colors with barrel tile roofs. Disneyworld, Sea World, and Universal Studios are all close by.

We do recommend Pool heating between the months of October - April. Pool heating is available for an additional $35.00 per day for the length of your stay.
All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.
Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.
Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.
Trip Insurance by Travel Guard is available at 7% of the cost of your reservation.
