General Information

Ahoy! Without a doubt, this attached townhome, the Gateshead, is an absolute must for any Disney Pirate fans! One of the 4 bedrooms has a striking Pirates of the Caribbean theme with white-capped waves painted along the walls and whimsical pirate decor on display. The master bedroom suite has a seaside feel with a color scheme of soft sands. It is furnished with a king-sized bed where guests can recline comfortably to watch a video on the 19” TV with a DVD player. One bedroom has a full sized bed, perfect for snuggling up to view a favorite movie on a 19” TV with DVD player. The remaining two bedrooms have sets of twin beds in each along with 13” televisions. One of those rooms has a bonus of a VHS tape player and PS2 game console. With a sleeper sofa, this unit accommodates up to 10 guests.

With lovely furnishings and attention to detail, this 1600+ square foot vacation home in a top-notch resort community earns a 4-star rating. The living room, dining area and kitchen have an open floor plan which works well for socializing. In the living area, a 32” TV and DVD player offer entertainment options for the whole family. Stepping out through the dining area’s sliding glass doors, a screen-enclosed splash pool allows guests to take full advantage of the warm Florida weather. The kitchen is fully-equipped with essentials for cooking and serving meals or just to keep a supply of refreshments on hand. Guests may dine at the main table for a family dinner or have a quick bite at the breakfast counter. A washer and dryer are free to use and offer great convenience.

Community Amenities:
Terra Verde’s spacious, well-appointed clubhouse with its comfortable gathering room is sure to please. The pool has a gradual entry where little ones can play. For convenience, DVD rentals, brewed coffee, books, newspapers and ATM are available. Guests may enjoy the exercise equipment, sauna or make an appointment with a massage therapist. A computer room offers internet access. This location is minutes away from all of central Florida’s most popular attractions, restaurants and shopping.

We do recommend Pool heating between the months of October - April. Pool heating is available for an additional $35.00 per day for the length of your stay.

All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Trip Insurance by Travel Guard is available at 7% of the cost of your reservation.
