General Information

Rich dark woods and sumptuous leather seating invites visitors to feel right at home as soon as they step through the door of this 5-star rated condo, the Norfolk. It is on the second story in an excellent resort community with superb amenities, close to all the fun of park and attractions. The open floor plan of the living and dining areas makes it easy to socialize with travel companions. A grand 42” flat screen television with a DVD player enhances the drama of any movie or sports event. A galley-style kitchen is well-equipped with cookware to prepare wholesome meals or the microwave can be handy to reheat take-out foods. It is easy to keep a supply of ice cold beverages on hand in the full-sized refrigerator. Either way, an elegant dining table is a great place to gather and chat about the day’s adventures. The washer and dryer in this vacation home ensure clean clothes for the entire stay.

The opulent master suite has a private bath with oversized shower. Stretched out on the king bed is a comfortable place to watch cable programming on the 19” TV. A second beautiful bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and also has a 19” TV for keeping up with nightly news. The third bedroom has a set of snug twin beds. With a sleeper sofa, the Norfolk accommodates up to 8 with ease. No detail has been overlooked to provide the finest vacation experience in exquisite surroundings.

Community Amenities:
The luxurious clubhouse is near the community’s gated entry. A movie theater is found inside. A sundry shop, ATM and photo printer are available for the convenience of all guests. Ping pong and billiard tables are in the games room along with video arcades. Resort sports include basketball, tennis, individual workouts and swimming in the huge pool. Youngsters enjoy the playground and kiddie pool. Popular attractions are only minutes away from Windsor Palms.

All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Trip Insurance by Travel Guard is available at 7% of the cost of your reservation.
