The Sussex vacation townhome is located just west of Walt Disney World, and within a short drive of Universal Studios, Old Town Kissimmee, and SeaWorld of Orlando. It offers guests over 1,450 square feet of vacation living space across two levels. Children and adults alike will enjoy the private splash pool within the screened patio, where you can host a lovely afternoon picnic pool-side. Plenty of sleeping space is provided in the three bedrooms of the Sussex. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping space. A king sized bed and 19” TV are furnished in the master bedroom. An attached private bathroom is available for guests sleeping in the master bedroom. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. Three full bathrooms make it easy and quick to get ready for daily adventures at the Theme Parks.

The open floor plan allows guests to move freely in-between rooms. Cooks will love the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with all cookware and eating utensils. A 27” TV with DVD player is available in the living room. Catch views of the pool area from the living room and kitchen. Wi-Fi internet access is free-of-charge and is an excellent way to keep in touch with family and friends who didn’t make it on vacation this year. For your convenience, a clothes washer and clothes dryer are provided.

The amenities and luxury of a 5-star resort are tucked away just behind the gates of Windsor Hills Resort. Just inside, guests will find the exceptional clubhouse with an outdoor lounge area is the hub of family friendly activities. Guests can work out in the fitness center. A spacious games room has foosball, air hockey, billiards, ping pong and more. The concierge, business center and sundry shop offer a variety of services and supplies. The pool and secluded spa refresh and revitalize. The waterslide is great fun for the young and young-at-heart. Mediterranean styled homes line the streets with cool, neutral colors crowned by barrel-tiled roofs. Guests may choose from a range of 4 to 7 bedrooms with private pools, ideal for extended family. Deluxe 3 bedroom/3 bath townhomes have splash pools. Condos are located in 4-story buildings with elevators, offering options of 2 or 3 bedrooms, full kitchens and laundry. Disney's Animal Kingdom is only 2 miles away and all of the other Disney theme parks and water parks are also close by.
