General Information

This beautiful, two-story attached townhome, the Sussex, is located in a first-rate resort community. A private splash pool is one of the highlights of this 3 bedroom vacation home. Fine quality furnishings, clean tile floors and attractive decor have an inviting appeal. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open, making it a delightful area for the family or friends to socialize. The living room provides entertainment on the 27” TV with a DVD player. A sliding glass door gives access to the screened pool area and allows the flow of natural light into the living area. A well-equipped kitchen provides all the essential cookware to create healthy and economical family meals. Everyone will appreciate being able to stock the refrigerator with ice cold beverages. The washer and dryer is helpful for keeping up with clean laundry or to dry swimsuits and towels.

The master bedroom suite has a private bed and is furnished with a king size bed where guests enjoy having the 19” TV so they can check weather reports before dreaming about their plans for the next day. A queen size bed and twin beds are provided in the additional two bedrooms. There is a stereo in the twin room, perfect for teens who are awake late listening to music without disturbing others. Three full baths means less waiting time when families are trying to rush out to theme parks in the morning.

Community Amenities:
Proximity to well-known attractions is an advantage at Windsor Hills, but the resort's outstanding amenities are also a major asset. The 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse includes an exercise room, sundry shop, internet access, DVD rentals, 48-seat Movie Theater and well-equipped games room. A concierge will assist guests with resort or Orlando area information and activities. By the lagoon style pool, a cluster of geyser-like fountains spout water to delight toddlers.

You may choose from the additional options below to add to your vacation rental experience.

We do recommend Splash Pool heating between the months of October - April. Splash Pool heating is available for an additional $25.00 per day for the length of your stay.

All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Trip Insurance by Travel Guard is available at 7% of the cost of your reservation.
