General Information

Magical Memories gives the Northampton a well-deserved 4-star rating. It is a 2-story attached townhome in a great resort community. A private splash pool overlooking green space behind the home is screen enclosed. It is ideal for a refreshing dip or just to enjoy being outdoors on a sunny day. This vacation home has nearly 1600 square feet with three bedrooms plus 3 baths.

An open floor plan includes a kitchen with breakfast bar. The major appliances are full sized and the kitchen is stocked with cookware and tableware for easy family meal preparations. For those who choose not to cook from scratch on vacation, it is helpful to have the built-in microwave for convenience foods. It is great to keep cold beverages on hand in the refrigerator. The dining and living areas have tile floors for cleanliness. A sliding glass door allows for plenty of natural light and leads out to the pool from the living area. With a large 42” TV plus both DVD and VHS players, families gather to enjoy movie watching or cable programs.

The master bedroom suite is furnished with an ample king sized bed and 13” TV with a DVD player. A private bath has a combination tub and shower. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed. The third bedroom has twin beds and also has a 13” TV. With a sleeper sofa, the Northampton can sleep up to 8. A laundry room offers convenience to guests at no extra cost.

Community Amenities:
Proximity to well-known attractions is an advantage at Windsor Hills, but the resor'’s outstanding amenities are also a major asset. The 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse includes an exercise room, sundry shop, internet access, DVD rentals, 48-seat Movie Theater and well-equipped games room. A concierge will assist guests with resort or Orlando area information and activities. By the lagoon style pool, a cluster of geyser-like fountains spout water to delight toddlers.

You may choose from the additional options below to add to your vacation rental experience.

We do recommend Splash Pool heating between the months of October - April. Splash Pool heating is available for an additional $25.00 per day for the length of your stay.

All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Trip Insurance by Travel Guard is available at 7% of the cost of your reservation.
