General Information

The Southend is a gracious 2-story attached townhome that earns a high 4-star rating from Magical Memories. It is located within a spectacular resort community with a wide range of amenities. This property has a private splash pool with a screen enclosure for fun in the sun or to soak in some quiet relaxation. Fine quality furnishings and rich colors surround guests with a warm Caribbean island feel.

One bedroom with a king size bed and bath are on the main level with the master suite and remaining two bedrooms upstairs. The elegant master suite has a 20” flat screen television and king bed for comfort befitting a royal visitor. The two additional bedrooms feature a set of twin beds in each room with a shared hall bath. With four bedrooms, this home away from home is great for friends on a golf outing or extended families who share vacations.

This vacation home’s open floor plan has more than 1600 square feet of air-conditioned space. With the dining and living areas plus full kitchen, it lends itself well to family gatherings. The kitchen is complete with pots and pans, dishes and glasses and all the necessities for meal preparation. Full size appliances, including a built-in microwave, make it easy to have ample snacks on hand for hearty appetites. In the living area, guests may enjoy a selection of cable channels on the 32” TV or bring along favorite movies to slip into the DVD player. The washer and dryer are available in the unit for convenience with no extra cost.

Community Amenities:
A well-appointed clubhouse is the focus for resort activities. Inside, the large gathering room welcomes guests who want to relax. Arcade games, pool tables, cyber cafe, pool bar and fitness equipment ensure that everyone has something to do. Outdoors, two sparkling pools and spa are just behind the clubhouse. A playground is adjacent to the pool area. This recreation center overlooks a natural lake with fishing pier for the catch-and-release sport.

We do recommend Pool heating between the months of October - April. Pool heating is available for an additional $35.00 per day for the length of your stay.

All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Trip Insurance by Travel Guard is available at 7% of the cost of your reservation.
