General Information
This attached town home in the resort complex of Club Cortile has high quality furnishings and pleasing traditional decor with a hint of island style. The four bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa in the living room provides sleeping arrangements for up to 10 people. The large master bedroom is on the second level, but there is also a bedroom on the first floor, especially helpful for those guests who have difficulty climbing stairs. A king sized bed is provided in the master suite, an ideal spot to watch a 20” TV in peaceful privacy. One bedroom features a queen sized bed for tranquil sleep after a busy day visiting the famed central Florida attractions. Two rooms each have a set of twin beds plus 19” TVs so everyone can watch their preferred cable channels.

The living room has a 27” television with DVD player for gathering friends or family to watch their favorite videos. They can settle into the comfortable sofa and love seat after fetching their popcorn from the microwave. With a full kitchen, it is great to be able to have a supply of snacks and drinks on hand. The kitchen is well-equipped with cooking essentials for preparing delicious meals. Laundry facilities are in the unit for use at no extra cost. This unit earns a 3-star rating from Magical Memories.

An enchanting 4000 sq. ft. clubhouse is the hub of activities for Club Cortile. The light and bright central lounge area has a tropical feel. Indoor amenities consist of a well-equipped exercise room, computer room, spacious kitchen and movie theater. Outdoor facilities include a play area, tennis/basketball court, pool and spa. The pool deck has lounge chairs for sunbathers and a covered patio provides shade. Theme parks, restaurants, shopping and golf are nearby.

All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Trip Insurance by Travel Guard is available at 7% of the cost of your reservation.
