General Information

In the tidy Club Cortile resort community with popular amenities, this 3 bedroom attached townhome offers accommodation for up to 8 guests. It is rated 3-stars by Magical Memories. The fine quality furnishings are a welcoming blend of warm woods, wicker and wrought iron. A cozy master suite provides spacious luxury in a king sized bed where guests can stretch out to watch their preference of programs in private on the 20” TV. The second bedroom is outfitted with an ample queen sized bed with classic island appeal. A third lovely bedroom provides a set of twin beds. A sleeper sofa is available in the living room. The living room has plenty of seating with a love seat and sofa so guests can gather to watch cable channels on the 27” TV or bring their favorite movies for the DVD player. This 2-story vacation home is air-conditioned for year round comfort.

Having a kitchen with full sized appliances allows a choice of cooking meals from scratch or reheating take out meals from one of many local restaurants. It is handy to be able to grab a wholesome breakfast for some energy before heading out to water parks or golf. Whether for a full meal or quick snack, the glistening glass dining table has room to gather family or friends. A washer and dryer are available in the unit.

Community Amenities:
An enchanting 4000 sq. ft. clubhouse is the hub of activities for Club Cortile. The light and bright central lounge area has a tropical feel. Indoor amenities consist of a well-equipped exercise room, computer room, spacious kitchen and movie theater. Outdoor facilities include a play area, tennis/basketball court, pool and spa. The pool deck has lounge chairs for sunbathers and a covered patio provides shade. Theme parks, restaurants, shopping and golf are nearby.

All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Trip Insurance by Travel Guard is available at 7% of the cost of your reservation.
