General Information

Our 4-bedroom homes are available for guests who want to select a specific home, but those same homes are also available at lower cost to those who choose the “Book by Size” option, allowing us to assign a home that best suits our reservations calendar to fill available spaces. Each home is in close proximity to popular attractions, golf and shopping. Restaurants are also nearby. These vacation homes have pools with screen enclosures and deck space for soaking in some Florida sunshine.

The living areas are spacious and tastefully furnished to high standards. Cable programming is available on the TV and there is casual seating for relaxation. The full kitchen has ample cookware and tableware for preparing and serving family meals. It is important to have a wholesome breakfast for energy before heading out for the day. With a large refrigerator, everyone will appreciate space to store snacks, beverages, and fresh fruits or vegetables. Whether cooking from scratch, heating packaged foods from the grocery store or enjoying take-out from local restaurants, the dining area is a perfect place to gather. It is also a pleasant place to linger for friendly conversation or laugh about the day’s adventures. Complimentary use of the laundry facilities is helpful, especially when packing light due to strict airline baggage restrictions.

The large master suite has a private bath, cable television and a bed with room to stretch out, either king or queen size. In these 4-bedroom homes, at least one bedroom will have a set of twin beds. Since the homes are owned individually, bed configurations vary. There are numerous possibilities with combinations of queen, full or twin sets in the remaining two bedrooms. A sofa sleeper allows the home to accommodate up to 10 guests. There may also be additional TVs and DVD or VHS players. Linens and towels are provided.

You may choose from the additional options below to add to your vacation rental experience.

We do recommend Pool heating between the months of October - April. Pool heating is available for an additional $35.00 per day for the length of your stay.

All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Trip Insurance by Travel Guard is available at 7% of the cost of your reservation.

Personal Chef Services are available at all of our vacation rentals. Meals are customized to your nutritional needs and can be ready any time of day. The cost is usually less than what you would spend for your family to eat at a nice restaurant. Return from a day of adventure to a hot meal prepared just the way you like it, or wake up and start the day with a great breakfast.
