General Information

Situated in an excellent resort community, the York vacation home boasts a 4-star rating. When not out taking advantage of all the nearby area activities, guests can reenergize in the private pool or sprawl out under the warm Florida sunshine on the pool deck.

This single story home features 4 bedrooms with 3 baths. For the adults who need a bit of space to stretch out for comfortable sleep, there is one bedroom with a king bed and another with a queen size one. The additional two bedrooms will delight youngsters, one for princesses with Disney in mind and the other for fans of sports and Disney’s cars. The elegant master bedroom is furnished with a 27” television.

In the living area with ample seating, the luxury of a 52” flat screen TV and DVD player will put a smile on the face of any dedicated sports fan or devoted movie watcher. Wi-Fi is available for those who want to keep in touch with what is going on back home or at work. A well-appointed game room features a billiard table and dart board.

Complete with all the essentials for meal preparation, the kitchen makes it is easy to serve healthy family meals and avoid costly or busy restaurants. Be sure to have dry towels and swimsuits on hand with the complimentary use of the washer and dryer.

Community Amenities:
Scheduled activities, such as crafts, sundae making, bingo and trivia challenges, are hosted at the clubhouse for children and adults. A gathering room and tiki bar offer opportunities to socialize. The pool is refreshing on sunny days or guests may opt for a bit of shade under the pergola or on the covered lanai. A Nature Walk is ideal for a leisurely stroll. For vigorous activity, guests may choose basketball, tennis or fitness center workout.

We do recommend Pool heating between the months of October - April. Pool heating is available for an additional $35.00 per day for the length of your stay.

All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Trip Insurance by Travel Guard is available at 7% of the cost of your reservation.
