This home has two levels and over 2500 square feet of vacation living space. Enjoy great water-front views, large patio, and private pool within a screened-patio. Cumbrian Lakes is located close to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other popular Kissimmee attractions.

Enjoy cool tile flooring throughout your home away from home. A spacious and inviting floor plan houses 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king sized bed and private bathroom with a large walk-in shower and deep garden tub. Two bedrooms each include full sized beds. Young boys will love the Toy Story-Themed bedroom with a set of twin beds, and girls will be thrilled with the Princess-Themed bedroom with a set of twin beds. Extra sleeping space is provided with sleeper sofas. There are TVs in all bedrooms.

Your fully-equipped kitchen is the perfect place to prepare delicious meals while on vacation! Pots and pans, dishes, glassware, and eating utensils are all included in the kitchen set-up. Three separate living areas are great for larger families. The main living room on the lower level features a large, 46” TV and DVD player to enjoy family movies. A loft with a TV provides a great place to unwind and take a rest. Stay connected with family and friends with the available Wi-Fi internet access at this home.

We do recommend Pool heating between the months of October - April. Pool and hot tub heating is available for an additional $35.00 per day for the length of your stay.

All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Trip Insurance by Travel Guard is available at 7% of the cost of your reservation.

Personal Chef Services are available at all of our vacation rentals. Meals are customized to your nutritional needs and can be ready any time of day. The cost is usually less than what you would spend for your family to eat at a nice restaurant.
