The Preston is located within the luxurious Acadia Estates community, just minutes from the Disney World Parks. Your family will enjoy over 2700 square feet of vacation living, and 3 master bedrooms across two levels. Keep cool and extend the fun with your own private pool and hot tub enclosed in a large screened patio. Rich décor and spacious rooms make this vacation rental home feel more like a dream home.

All 3 master bedrooms feature king sized beds with attached private bathrooms. Another bedroom includes a queen sized bed, while 2 other bedrooms have sets of twin beds. There are flat-screened TVs in each bedroom. A queen sleeper sofa is located on the second level. As an added luxury in this home, a steam shower can be found in one of the shared bathrooms.

Guests love the large, fully-equipped kitchen. Research great recipes before your vacation so you can cook delicious meals for the family. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and glassware all come included with the rental. There is a formal dining room, breakfast nook, and breakfast bar to accommodate everyone at meal time.

Entertaining the family is simple at the Preston. Children and adults alike love the game room, complete with a billiards table, air hockey table, poker table, and TV. Wi-Fi is available for you to stay connected while on vacation. Host family movie nights in the living room with help from a 60” flat-screened TV and VCR/DVD player combo. The whole family will feel comfortable on the deep leather couches. Most guests will stay occupied with the swimming pool for hours on end.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.
Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.
Trip Insurance by Travel Guard is available at 7% of the cost of your reservation.
