Our vacation rental townhomes are a great option for larger families, groups, or guests who demand a little more privacy than what condos offer. Our Florence townhome provides 5- Stars of 1500 square feet across two levels. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are on the first floor, while all bedrooms are located on the second floor for privacy. Guests will enjoy access to a private patio off the living room. Experience the comforts of home on vacation in Kissimmee, while at the same time, taking advantage of all the great amenities within the Lake Berkley Resort. Walt Disney World and other popular Orlando-area Theme Parks are just a short drive away.

Reward the head-of-the-house by letting them sleep in the master bedroom. Here, they will enjoy a king sized bed and 32” TV with DVD player. A private balcony that overlooks the Resort pool is an added luxury to the master bedroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and 32” TV. Children will love the Disney theme throughout the third bedroom with 2 twin beds and a 19” TV.

Save valuable vacation dollars by preparing delicious meals within the fully-equipped kitchen. All pots and pans, dishes, glassware, and eating utensils are provided in this home. There is also a breakfast bar that makes entertaining simple. The living room features a super-sized plush sectional sofa and large ottoman to sit back and watch movies from the 46” flat-screened TV with DVD player. Wi-Fi internet access is provided in the Florence townhome. For added convenience, guests are able to utilize the clothes washer and clothes dryer.

Excitement is found in every direction, yet, right at the resort, guests enjoy a tranquil setting with amenities to please all. Two-story townhomes with 3 or 4 bedrooms have full kitchens and laundry for the conveniences of home. Spacious single family homes have private pools. A heated outdoor pool and spa provide year round recreation. The community is family friendly with a playground, nature trail, and picnic area. All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.
Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.
Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.
