The Winchester offers two master bedroom suites, each with a comfortable queen sized bed, 32” LCD TV and full private attached bathroom. Two additional bedrooms include sets of twin beds and 22” LCD TVs. Additional guests can sleep on the comfortable sleeper sofa provided in the living room.

There is a 50” plasma TV and DVD player in the living room, excellent for family movie nights. Guests can sit back and relax on the plush furniture. Wi-Fi is available to help keep you connected to friends and family far away. A fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar is the perfect spot to entertain! All cookware and place settings are provided. Engage in competitive family play on the foosball table and air hockey table in the game room. Enjoy the convenience of a clothes washer and clothes dryer, which will make your vacation much more carefree and relaxing.

An impressive drive out to the Emerald Island Resort combines the man-made architectural delights of colonnades with the beauty of nature as it curves by lakes and palm trees up to the gated entry with 24-hour security. This community of upscale detached homes and rows of attached townhouses offers a peaceful haven with outstanding amenities. The deluxe accommodations are suitable for small families or large groups with units ranging from 3 to 7 bedrooms. Each unit is completely furnished and has fully-equipped kitchen and laundry areas. Single family homes have private pools, but all are welcome to enjoy the community pool and spa at the recreation center. The community clubhouse offers entertainment for everyone with the fitness room, sauna, planned activities, lounge and game areas, and arcade room. Conveniences include concierge staff, internet access, stamp machine and ATM. Tennis, sand volleyball and basketball courts are also on site.

We do recommend Pool heating between the months of October - April. Pool and hot tub heating is available for an additional $35.00 per day for the length of your stay.
All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.
Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.
Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.
Trip Insurance by Travel Guard is available at 7% of the cost of your reservation.
