The Mayfair is a beautiful 4- Star vacation townhome located in the popular Terra Verde Resort. This home features nearly 1300 square feet of open vacation living space across two floors. Enjoy access to a private spa on the secluded patio! Impressive community amenities will add to your memorable Disney area vacation. Famous theme parks are located just a short drive from the Resort, with great restaurants and shopping centers also nearby.

All three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, 20” TV, and an attached private bathroom. A second bedroom features a full sized bed, while the third has two twin beds and Disney décor. There are TVs in every bedroom. Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi internet access and a clothes washer and clothes dryer.

Cooks will love the fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Everything is included, from the cooking utensils to place settings, to effortlessly prepare vacation meals. There is a 32” LCD TV with DVD player in the living room, perfect for family movie nights. The open floor plan makes it easy to entertain friends and family.

The secure gated entry is lushly landscaped with tropical foliage and the ambience of a private sanctuary. The gate opens to reveal a hidden jewel, the center of community activities, the Terra Verde clubhouse. Inside the clubhouse, guests can enjoy leisure time socializing in a large gathering room or in the games room with the pool table and arcade games. Behind the clubhouse is a pool with a spa. Guests may soak up the sun on one of the lounge chairs or sip a refreshing drink at the pool bar. Outdoor activities include basketball, sand volleyball and a playground. This community offers 3- or 4- bedroom townhouses, each with hot tubs or splash pools, and single family, pool homes with up to 7 bedrooms -- ideal for gathering extended family or groups of friends. These fully furnished homes have graceful island style in earthy colors with barrel tile roofs. Disneyworld, Sea World, and Universal Studios are all close by.
