The Helens vacation home in Kissimmee boasts nearly 2700 square feet of living space across two floors in an open floor plan. This house can accommodate 14 guests with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which makes a great value for a large family or group of friends on vacation in Central Florida. Popular Disney Parks, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld are just a short drive away!

The master bedroom features a king sized bed, a 19” TV, and a private bathroom complete with a garden tub and separate shower. Two bedrooms each include a queen sized bed, and the other three bedrooms each have sets of twin beds. Twin beds will make it comfortable for children, teens, or golf groups. Multiple TVs make it easy for guests to catch their favorite shows or movies while on vacation. A 27” TV and DVD player are located in the living room where families can plan movie nights and enjoy togetherness in their vacation home.

Take a couple nights and bypass the nearby popular restaurants and prepare meals with ease in the large, fully-equipped kitchen. Guests have instant access to pots and pans and eating utensils, as well as major appliances. A formal dining table and dining nook lets families dine together and plan tomorrow’s adventures. The clothes washer and clothes dryer are provided for guest use. Enjoy the private swimming pool and screened enclosure for outdoor fun!

Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.
