General Information

The deluxe Dover features 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with its 3-star rating inside the gates of a superb resort community. It is a well-appointed vacation home with fine furnishings and tropical accents. The screen-enclosed pool is especially inviting on warm Florida afternoons and there is plenty of pool deck for basking in the sunshine. Sliding glass doors allow pool access from the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoying quality family time is easy with the open floor plan great room, kitchen and dining areas. A 24" inch TV in the living area offers cable programming.

Configured with 4 bedrooms, a sleeper sofa in the living area and 2 baths to share, most families will find that the Dover easily meets their vacation needs. A king bed in the master suite lets guests stretch out in comfort while watching the late news broadcasts on a 19" TV. A bedroom with a queen bed provides a restful night’s sleep. Pairs of twin beds are featured in two of the Dover’s bedrooms.

For those who prefer not to eat all meals out in costly restaurants, the well-equipped kitchen enables preparation of favorite family recipes. Enjoying meals together at the formal dining table is a nice chance to talk about all the fun of that day and plan for another adventure ahead. A hearty breakfast in the nook overlooking the pool area is important before heading out to spend a day at one of the popular theme parks. Having meals or snacks outdoors on the covered lanai is another delightful option.

Community Ammenities:
Terra Verde's spacious, well-appointed clubhouse with its comfortable gathering room is sure to please. The pool has a gradual entry where little ones can play. For convenience, DVD rentals, brewed coffee, books, newspapers and ATM are available. Guests may enjoy the exercise equipment, sauna or make an appointment with a massage therapist. A computer room offers internet access. This location is minutes away from all of central Florida’s most popular attractions, restaurants and shopping.

We do recommend Pool heating between the months of October - April. Pool heating is available for an additional $35.00 per day for the length of your stay.

All properties are self-catering, cleaned before your arrival and cleaned once you depart. You may choose to have a Mid Stay Clean for an additional fee during your stay to freshen the property back up.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may choose for an Early Check-in, which begins at 12:00pm on the day of arrival, for an additional fee. An early Check-in may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Check-out ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. You may choose for a Late Check-out, which ends at 2:00pm on the day of departure, for an additional fee. A Late Check-out may not always be available, and may become unavailable after purchase.

Trip Insurance by Travel Guard is available at 7% of the cost of your reservation.
