Positions Available

Guest Services Front Desk:
Magical Memories has an immediate opening for a Guest Services Front Desk. Applicants must be energetic, well-groomed, customer service orientated person required for Full Time position including weekend & holiday work. Applicants must have customer service experience but hotel experience is not essential; we will train for the position. Must have good computer skills. Bilingual a plus.

Requirements:
Must be proficient in Windows & Word
Knowledgeable in the use of office machines including copy machines, fax machines, etc.
Must have good communication skills and able to initiate and engage in conversation with guests.
Also requires good organizational and time management skills.
Must be able to assist other departments including Housekeeping and Maintenance. Available to work weekends and holidays.

Reservations:
Magical Memories has an immediate opening for a Reservation Agent. This position is responsible for making reservations for our villas and vacation homes. At Magical Memories, we genuinely believe that our success is directly connected to our most valuable assets - our employees. Bilingual a plus.

Requirements:
Must be proficient in Windows, Word & Outlook / Email.
Knowledgeable in the use of office machines including copy machines, fax machines, etc.
Must have good communication skills and able to initiate and engage in conversation with guests.
Also requires good organizational and time management skills.
Available to work weekends and holidays.

Maintenance:
Magical Memories has current opening for a Maintenance Technician. Team member will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day maintenance and repairs for the villas and vacation homes. Flexible hours, weekends and holidays required.

Housekeeping:
Current opening for Housekeeping personnel. Will be responsible for ensuring the cleaning for the villas and vacation homes. Flexible hours, weekends and holidays required.
