We're pleased to announce the creation of a new centrally located Guest Services Center. This center is manned by trained services staff and offers a range of services, including Vacation Planning from our Concierge Team and Orlando tickets for all of our guests. All of these services are completely free of charge. You'll be guided to the Center when you check in - but remember, you can call back at any time for help and advice from our local experts.

We're sure you value your independence during your Orlando vacation with Magical Memories, we hope you'll drop in and talk to Guest Services if you have an inquiry, need general help or if you are simply looking for some advice. Our staff can help you with any questions you have on your accommodation, the services and facilities on offer and the resort in general. And, they can guide you to our Concierge Service if that would be more useful for you.

Our aim is to make sure that your vacation is ideal. So, in the unlikely event that something isn't right for you, then our Guest Services Center will be able to help you out quickly and efficiently.
