1. Do the pictures reflect the exact property that we'll be staying at?
No. All of are properties are privately decorated and décor does vary.

2. Do we need to bring sheets and towels?
No. Sheets and bath towels are supplied. We do recommend bringing a beach towel for the pool.

3. Are handicap accessible properties available?
Yes. We do have a few condos that allow better access than others. Please advise us when making a reservation if you require this type of property.

4. Is daily maid serves provided?
No. The properties are self-catering. They are cleaned before your arrival and cleaned after your departure. In-unit washer/dryers and dishwashers are free to use.

5. Are additional housekeeping services available during our stay?
Yes. Fees apply. Contact us for more information.

6. Is smoking allowed in the properties?
No. All units are considered nonsmoking. Most have patios that allow smokers to retreat.

7. Do the properties have a phone and Internet access?
All properties have a direct phone line with phone number. At check-in you will be supplied with the phone number to your property. The phone also provides a data port to plug in a dial-up connection to the Internet or a fax.

8. Does Magical Memories offer any type of broadband connection to the internet?
Yes. Magical Memories has PCMCIA type II broadband cards for laptops available for daily rental. The fee is $10.00 per day with a $50.00 security deposit. The use of these cards require the install of a connection application. Be sure that you have administrator rights on the laptop to install this application. This wireless broadband service allows you to surf the web most anywhere; by the pool, at the theme parks or at the shopping malls.

9. Does Magical Memories have computers available in the properties?
No.

10. If we stay in one villa complex can we use another villa complex's amenities?
No. As guests of one villa complex you are required to use that complexes amenities.

11. What are the bedding arrangements in the properties?
2 Bedroom = Queen in the master, 2 twins in second bedroom & a sleeper sofa in the living room.
3 Bedroom = Queen in the master, double or 2 twins in second bedroom, 2 twins in third bedroom & a sleeper sofa in the living room.
4 Bedroom = Queen in the master, double or 2 twins in second bedroom, double or 2 twins in third bedroom, 2 twins in fourth bedroom & a sleeper sofa in the living room.
5 Bedroom = Queen in the master, double second bedroom, double or 2 twins in third bedroom, double or 2 twins in fourth bedroom, 2 twins in fifth bedroom & a sleeper sofa in the living room.
6 Bedroom = Queen in the master, double second bedroom, double in third bedroom, double or 2 twins in fourth bedroom, double or 2 twins in fifth bedroom, 2 twins in sixth bedroom & a sleeper sofa in the living room.

12. What is the difference between a vacation home and a timeshare?
Vacation homes are privately owned while timeshare is fractional ownership.

13. What is the maximum occupancy of the properties?
2 bedroom = 6
3 bedroom = 8
4 bedroom = 10
5 bedroom = 12
6 bedroom = 14
7 bedroom = 16

14. Do all homes have central air conditioning?
Yes.

15. Do all vacation homes have private pools?
Yes. The homes all have private backyard swimming pools.

16. Do any villas have pools?
Yes. All complexes have a community area that includes a swimming pool.

17. Does the website contain a map of all our properties?
Yes. We have a generalized area map is available on this site. A more detailed map will be supplied to you at check-in.

18. Do any properties have jetted bathtubs?
No. However, the villas complexes have jetted Jacuzzis.

19. How many televisions do the properties have?
Two. One television is located in the living room and the second television is located in the master bedroom.

20. What type of furniture and appliances come in the properties?
Mostly the same thing you would find in your home. These are basic residential appliance.

21. Are there barbecues at the Villas?
Some villa complexes do have barbecues.

22. Do the Vacation Homes have barbecues?
No. We do not supply Barbecues at the vacation homes.

23. Do you have inexpensive rentals?
Yes. Our Budget Series of Villas are great for budget minded families.

24. We're picky?
Then go Elite. Our Elite Series of Villas are some of the best accommodations that we offer.

25. What does "elite" mean and consist of?
Elite Series of Villas are some of our best accommodations. These villas are located ion our newest and nicest complexes and offer; huge community pools, expansive clubhouses, and most of all, beautiful décor.

26. Are timeshare tours involved?
No. We are not affiliated directly with timeshare nor are their any timeshare tours involved with your stay.

27. Can we park an RV, bus, trailer or boat at the villas or vacation homes?
No. Do to association guidelines they are not permitted for overnight parking. We do have an empty lot next to our guest services center that you may utilize for parking these types of vehicles.
