1. How can I make a reservation with Magical Memories?
Either by phone or securely through the web.

2. What are Check-in and Check-out times?
Check-in begins at 4:00pm; Check-out ends at 10:00am.

3. Are early check-in or late check-out available?
Yes, in non-peak times, we are able to do VIP early check-ins and VIP late check-outs. Additional fees do apply.

4. How far in advance do we need to book?
For holiday, spring and summer months, please book at least 2 months in advanced. For all other times, we would recommend at least 1 month

5. Guest Services / Check-in Office Hours?
Our Guest Services Center is open from at least from 8:00am - 8:00pm EST, everyday. In higher peak times we'll be there even later. If your plans bring you latter than 8:00pm, please give us a call before arrival to determine our closing time.

6. Is After Hours Check-in available?
Yes. Any arriving guests that have not checked in by our closing time can pickup their check-in information via our after hours lockbox located at our Guest Services Center.

7. Phone Reservations Hours?
Our reservations department is open from 8:00am to 8:00pm EST, but our website reservation system is open 24 hours a day.

8. Do you offer group rates?
Yes. Group reservations are considered 4 properties or more.

9. Minimum Night Stay?
Since our rooms have a lot more space than a hotel room, and thus take a lot longer to clean, we do have a minimum night stay requirement. The villas are a minimum of 3 nights and the vacation homes are a minimum of 5 nights.

10. What type of deposit is required for booking?
A $100.00 deposit is due at the time of making a reservation for each property booked.

11. When will I receive my confirmation?
If you make a phone reservation the confirmation is usually sent out 48 hours after making the booking. If you make a web reservation you should receive the confirmation within minutes after making the reservation.

12. What if I have to cancel?
We hate to see anyone miss out, but if you have to cancel our policy is below:

Cancellations that occur before 14 days of original arrival date shall receive 50% refund of deposit noted above. A minimum $50 processing fee applies.
Cancellations made between 8 and 13 days prior to original arrival date after full balance of the reservation has been collected, shall receive 50% refund of monies on deposit.
Cancellations less than 7 days from original arrival date will not receive a refund, nor will early departures.

13. What if I have to change my dates?
No problem. Just give us a call and we'll be glad to adjust your dates, with no additional date changing charges for helping out.

14. Are there fees and costs besides rent?
A) Tax. Our area charges a total of 13% tax on top of the nightly rate.
B) Cleaning Fee. If the minimum night stay is under the required amount we charge a departing cleaning fee.

15. My friend or family member is going to check-in for me, how is this done?
Please advise us before arrival if someone is going to check-in before you. Your check-in person will be required to register and leave a security form of payment. Once, you arrive you may change their information over to yours.

16. Do I have to take a timeshare tour to get these rates or services?
No. Tours are not required.

17. Do you request a security deposit during our stay?
Yes. A valid credit card or $250.00 cash deposit is required at check-in.

18. Do you have inexpensive rentals?
Yes. Our Budget Series of Villas are our most affordable accommodations that we offer.

19. We're picky..
Then go Elite. Our Elite Series of Villas are some of the best Orlando villas that we offer.

20. What does "elite" mean and consist of?
The nicest and newest villas available from Magical Memories.

21. What does limited property services mean?
Since our rooms are big we do not supply daily maid service with the room rate. All properties have an in unit washer and dryer that is free to use. You're welcome to wash the sheets and towels throughout your stay.

22. What if we don't like our property?
We want all of our guests to be happy. So please let us know when you arrive to the property if there are any concerns. If the décor is not appealing to you, we will be more than happy to help you find something more delightful.
