Magical Memories provides some of the best villas and vacation home rentals in the Central Florida Area. These vacation rentals are located a few miles outside the Disney® gates. All of our properties are privately owned and decorated.

Magical Memories was founded in August of 1995.
3. How many families stay with Magical Memories per month?
Anywhere from 1000 to 2000 per month.
4. Is Magical Memories a timeshare company?
No. Timeshare owners only own for a week or so at a time. Our owners own the whole property.
5. Are you affiliated with the Walt Disney® Company?
No. The Walt Disney Company is one of the most amazing companies in the world, but we are not owned nor operated in conjunction with them.
