Q: What time is check in?
A: Check in time is at 4:00 PM

A: You may choose to purchase an early check for a small additional fee, in which check in begins at 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. A: Check out time is at 10:00 AM
Q: Can I check out late?
A: You may choose to purchase a late check out at 2:00 PM for a small additional fee. A late checkout may not always be available or become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, or operational constrains or other arriving guests. If a late checkout becomes available after purchase and before checkout one of our of friendly staff members with contact you.
Q: How can I check in if I get to your office after hours?
A: The front doors to the building will be open where you will find a lock box. The code for the lock box will be given to you in your reservation paperwork.
Q: When is payment due for our reservation?
A: A one night room and tax deposit is due upon booking with the full balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Q: Do you charge a security deposit on reservations?
A: Magical Memories does not charge a security deposit on reservations. However, we do charge a non-refundable $25.00 security deposit waiver fee upon arrival for all guests. This is effective for all bookings made beginning October 2, 2014.
Q: What should I pack?
A: Vacation rental homes operate differently than your typical hotel or resort, so you'll need to bring some necessities with you. We recommend that you bring toiletries with you such as; paper towels, toilet tissue, kitchen trash bags, dish detergent, bar soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, hair dryer, food wrap, seasonings, board games, books, sun screen, tanning lotion, umbrella, and medicine.
Q: What can I expect the weather to be like?
A: Central Florida has very unusual weather patterns that can range from sunny, to a thunderstorm all within the hour. Most storms are fast moving, and will only slightly hamper your day of fun. In summer months you can expect the temperatures to be in the mid to high 90’s. The humidity is high so make sure to drink a lot of water to keep hydrated.
Q: How close to Walt Disney World am I?
A: All of our vacation rentals are within 10 miles of the main gates.
Q: Do you have shuttle services?
A: We do not have a shuttle service so make sure that you plan accordingly for all your transportation needs. We have many shuttle service companies that we can recommend.
Q: Are the pools heated?
A: Pool heat is available for a daily charge of $35. We recommend that you purchase pool heating for the months of October - April. Water temperature cannot exceed 15 degrees above outside air temperature. Most heaters may take up to 24 hrs to reach a noticeable difference.
Q: Are the properties Non Smoking?
A: Yes all of our properties are non smoking. Outside smoking is permitted
Q: Is Magical Memories Pet Friendly?
A: Pets are only allowed with a prepaid pet fee in selected units
Q: Is there an age restriction for making a reservation?
A: The individual making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation.
Q: What is your cancellation Policy?
A: You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking via E-mail, phone, or fax for a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours up to 30 days prior to arrival, will result in a refund of half of the monies paid on deposit. If cancelled between 30 days and arrival date it will result in no refund. All no-show reservations will receive no refund.
Q: Is parking available for RVs, buses or trailers?
A: We are unable to permit the parking of these types of vehicles
Q: Will our vacation rental be cleaned daily?
A: The property is only cleaned upon guest arrival and cleaned upon guest departure. Mid Stay clean is available for an additional fee.
Q: How many people can accommodate my size unit?
A: Per Florida fire laws; occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.

Q: Do you have handicap accessible properties available?
A: We do not have units that are designated handicap accessible, however we will try our best to accommodate any needs you may have.
