The Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA) is a professional trade association for the vacation rental management industry.     VRMA originated in 1985 as the Association of Vacation Home Rental Managers. The first gathering was attended by just a handful of vacation rental managers who were interested in improving their companies’ quality of service.   That interest in quality service remains, with a continued growth in membership through the years. The member base has expanded to more than 600 property management and associate member companies in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean, representing approximately 150,000 vacation rentals, condos and villas.

The Central Florida Vacation Rental Managers Association (CFVRMA) was started to unite the vacation home industry, ensuring steady growth and prosperity.
